First let me say that I am not a self proclaimed expert on Cast Iron Cookware. But as someone who started in the kitchen as a young teen and have always enjoyed cooking, the lure of cast iron cookware captured my curiosity. So spending countless hours surfing the web, attending flea markets and shopping new cast iron cookware I thought I could start this blog and maybe help someone else maneuver the market and gain knowledge.
